Authorization statement
The site operator states that the Gamefold catalog is covered by authorization or permission for the relevant listings. Supporting evidence is retained offline and is not published on this page. Gamefold is an independent directory, not the developer or publisher of the listed games.
External game services
Some playable experiences are delivered through external game services under the site's authorization arrangements. Their availability and technical handling may change independently.
Rights reports
A rights notice should identify the protected work, exact Gamefold URL, reporting contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy and authorization statement, and a signature. Send a complete notice to uuioo1685@gmail.com; we may remove or restrict material while reviewing it.
What this site produces itself
Gamefold writes its own guide text, builds its own page layouts, and arranges its own navigation and category structure. That material belongs to the site. The cover images and game titles shown alongside a guide identify the title the page is about, and the playable game itself is delivered by an external service rather than hosted here.
Independent directory status
Gamefold is not the developer, publisher, or distributor of the games it lists. A listing describes a game and points to where it can be played; it does not claim ownership of the game or of any artwork delivered with it. Where a title is removed from the catalog, its guide page is removed with it rather than left in place without a playable destination.
How a report is handled
A complete notice is passed to the operator, and the page named in it can be removed or restricted while the claim is checked. Reports that leave out the URL or the work being described take longer to act on, because the page cannot be identified with confidence. If a notice is later withdrawn or resolved, the page can be restored.
Questions before a notice
If you are unsure whether a listing falls under your rights, writing first is quicker than filing a notice that then has to be amended. The same address handles both, and a short question costs less time than a notice that cannot be acted on.
