We can respond to most report types. These include wrong game details, a player that fails to load, privacy matters, and copyright or authorization concerns.
When you write, include the page address and a clear description of the problem. For a broken game, add the game title, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. Browser and device details help us check the player.
Each message is reviewed and routed to the right part of the team. We aim to respond as soon as we can; replies are sent to the address you wrote from. You do not need to open a separate account or ticket system before writing.
